Dakman's two Polishing Machines have a capacity of 15 tonnes per day and produce a coffee with a bright appearance and smoother cup with enhanced body.

The grader and gravity table pictured here affords us the capability to offer polished coffees with minimal broken beans.

Polished and Graded coffees are then Colour Sorted and Hand Picked to ensure the removal of the last defects
